how can i set up me and my wifes email ? two diff email address. and keep them seperate ? i tried it now but it combined all the emails together , what a mess . please help

i am using outlook express 6, i went in and added new email info and it added it to main client and now when we recieve email its all together . i want to be able to go back and forth between the two seperatly ,
