AFTER GOING TO LOTS OF POSTS AND FORUMS,I GOT TO KNOW THAT MY CONGESTION PROVIDER IS DCTCP . IS CTCP AND DCTCP SAME ? IF NO HOW DO I CHANGE?

According to the description of these two links below, obviously, there are different.

Data Center Transmission Control Protocol (DCTCP):

However, I don't think there is any method to switch these two protocol, they were used for different network environment.
