I get this message when trying to send an email file. How do I fix it.

Well, did you vertify that your username and password were correct? Can you log into the webmail for Hotmail successfully?-B-

The service you are trying to connect to was taken down in September last year. If you're using Outlook Express, you can only access Hotmail via POP3. You could also download and install
Windows Live Mail to enable you to synchronize your Hotmail account folders using HTTP.
If you have an ISP mail account, you could use the ISP's SMTP server to send mail.
