security update
durig windows update "norton" interupted, said "high risk", i naturally heeded the warning. when updates finished they said some u d's not installed. the "norton" is a 2004 version, my "windows defender" that is very currert said nothing. whats up? i should mention my experance with windows defender has been very good so far!1 person needs an answerI do too

Windows Defender is not an antivirus. Your antivirus - Norton - is 6 years out of date. You should replace Norton with a current version antivirus and then scan for malware to make sure the computer is clean before attempting Windows Update again. I recommend NOD32 Antivirus (commercial) or Avast Free Antivirus.
