security center can't start i had tried by services.mic but in standed form as the extended form is not working, it says that one or more activex could not be displaced 1.your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page, or 2.you have blocked a publisher of one of the controls As a result, the page might not be display correctly. in standard form when i tried to start an Error is displayed i.e., Error 1058: the service cannot be started,either because it is disabled or because it has no enable devices associated with it. i am using windows 7Ultimate(X86) 6.1 (Build 7600) DELL (3 gb ram) intel core 2 duo processor. Note: windows defencer or Microsoft Security Essentials are not working.but all other anti virus are working and now i am using avast!. any one can please help me (thinkofvamsi@hotmail.com)

From the error message, the issue should be caused by other programs that block accesses to related ActiveX controls. How does it work if you disable AVAST? You may temporary uninstall AVAST and see the result.
