I'm not sure what you mean by "ip provider". Hackers on the Internet are always looking for unprotected computers to break into. Port 80 is belong to http and for internet connection as long as your firewall is on and Windows and Anti-Virus is update they could not damage you. Hackers are scanning PC and try to infect them but your firewall is there to protect you.
