screen keeps going grey
despite getting a new computer /pc/and getting windows 7 my screen keeps going grey.iv defragged,cleaned disk,deleted cookies and thinned out programs but cant understand why this happens.can anyone help.thanks.1 person needs an answerI do too

Is it a new screen? Is there any type of screensave or power off set?
