To fix your issue, you need also verify from following
  1. DNS, verify that DNS is working for servernames and AD PTR/SRV records This SRV record is: _ldap._tcp.pdc._msdcs. DnsDomainName
  2. Verify that Schema Master is online and can be contacted from the Lync server
  3. Verify that Schema Master is writeable
  4. Verify Domain Controller replication (DCdiag)
  5. Try to execute the prep on server where host the FSMO.
  6. Verify that you are login on Lync Server with administrator member of Domain Admins & Schema Admins
