Hi. I have a computer with windows 7 RC installed. The computer is joined to a domain, but every time I log on using a domain account the profiles is some kind temporal. I mean, every time I log off the profile is deleted and the settings not saved. Any help?

Do you mean your local profile or domain profile?

If you are using roaming profile you need to make sure that user is the owner and has full control of the profile other wise you will load as a temp profile every time.
