running a DOS command with options when I reboot the system
HI
In Windows 7,
there is a registry key/entry that allows to
run a DOS command with options when
I reboot the system (this command
will have to be performed only on the first reboot)?

In other words, during
the shutdown phase, I should remove an
directory structure?
So, how do I fix this?

Perhaps, you can try Shutdown script ! You can write scripts as batch files or PowerShell scripts.
You can either create AD GPO or local policy on the machine.
For more details, pls refer "Create System Startup / Shutdown and User Logon / Logoff Scripts "
