Hello,

Since yesterday, out of nowhere, this message keeps popping up: rlgge.exe This application could not be started.

When I click "yes" to see what is that about, the Microsoft Support suggests that I cannot solve this problem by myself. That I have to contact the app vendor to resolve the issue.

However, I don't know what app vendor I have to contact, or how I do that. Because I'm not trying to launch any app, or anything at all, when the message pops up. I have Windows 8. When this message started showing, I was only doing some research on the internet and using Word. That's all. While I write this message, it have already popped over 10 times.

I've used CCleaner and nothing happened... I don't know what extension is that, I've searched through my entire computer and found nothing...I've even tried to disable the google chrome extensions just in case. I don't know whats going on. The message keeps popping every 30 seconds or so. Is this some kind of malware?

Please, someone help me.
