Do you read mail using a mail client like Outlook Express or Windows Live Mail (or Thunderbird or Eudora or ...) or do you use a web browser? If the former, then each client should have a "Deleted Items" or equivalent that temporarily holds messages you delete until you purge the folder. If that's the case, then retrieve them fro that folder. If you've emptied the folder, you'll have to restore them from a recent backup you've made. You didn't make a backup? Then you're out of luck. If you use a web browser to read your mail, then it's likely you're out of luck, but check for a Deleted Items folder there as well. Some mail services have one. Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
