I was the original administrator on our new computer.I disabled the password so my wife & stepdaughter could use it without typing a password.WRONG! Now my stepdaughter is also on there as an administrator and won't give me her password to change anything.How can I restore my password so I have some control? If there is one more administrator account you can change the settings for the other account. Hey, that is easy. log into the PC with your password . and then go the Control panel>>account>>change the account and the password.
