Hi santu, Have you made any changes on your computer recently? Did you receive any error message? I suggest you install the latest driver for Windows 7 firstly. If it's not useful, please try the following methods: First method: run SFC /scannow command to repair: 1. right cmd.exe and run as Administrator; 2. type sfc /scannow and press enter, this may take a little bit to finish; 3. when the scan is complete, you will see some message; 4. when done, close the command prompt. 5. restart the computer. 6. check and confirm the problem. Second method: refer to following article to try system restore: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11238/using-system-restore-to-recover-your-windows-7-computer/ If it persists, you could use Clean Boot to troubleshoot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 Best regards, Karen Hu
