i have from what my online norton back up log says i have 2 programs thats could not be open at the time of back up. most likely some other program was using them is what they say. please close programs that may be accessing these files. How do you close theses programs. they are in messanger\sharingMetadata\Email removed for privacy Thank you Bob

Hi Vermontbiker,You may configure the computer in clean boot. Thereafter, run the Norton online backup & check if the issue persists.
