the problem is that I can connect to my vista 64 home premium system using remote assistance (kinda can't control mouse); however, when I try to connect to the same XP pro from Vista system it fails saying that "The person you are trying to help isn't responding. Verify that the person you are trying to help is at their computer." This happens inside my network. I am sitting at both systems. I'm using messenger to send the invite but it works the same with file/mail.I've check remote assistance inthe firewall exceptions.I just can't understand why I can't do the same "FROM" vista as I can "TO" vista. Ihave run out of ideas. Anyone? please? help?
