reactivate win 7 ultimate retail after changing notebook
hi, i am not sure whether anyone has asked this before. i have once installed and activate my win7 ultimate retail key on my samsung notebook but after i bought a new netbook, i formatted my samsung notebook and installed the win 7 ultimate into my new netbook after that, i tried to activate the product key using the same key, of course that wont work and showed my few options (choose to activate thru phone).. after i entered all the 9 combination numbers, the computer replied that the product key is limited what should i do to reactivate the product key again?

What retail version are you using - Upgrade, Full, or retail OEM? And how did you do the install on to the new computer - upgrade existing OS, custom install, or a full clean install?

new installation. btw i managed to solve it, called into microsoft free toll center and they provided me the code which solved it thanks.
