I have all admin rights and passwords. These functions all work properly from xp pro.All exchange /email works and i see the network stations on the list.where is the problem? is this really workstaton or is it server setup issue?

I suspect that you are referring to conecting via Remote Web Workplace and then connecting to a machine from there as I have seen this many times there, and the error message which states "install RDC 6.0 or later" is really misleading. Add the URL to "trusted sites" in Internet Explorer and you will be able to connect successfully to machines on your internal network.
