randomly restart with BSOD 0x00000019
Hi, I had a brand new pc with quite strong performance BUT i'm facing one but major problem. It restarts!! all of a sudden whenever it likes boom! I may not do nothing during the day and it restarts 3-4 times. When I play a game or something it restarts more often around 3 times every hour (maybe more). I want to say that does not occur during an specific process that I run. It happens with every game, video, videocalls anywhere! and one week ago it appeared this BSOD with code error BAD_POOL_HEADER stop: 0x00000019 the thing is that i gave it to a techician too but he told me that he run some tests to the ram/video card/cpu and all seemed to work just fine.... and propably was some device connected to the pc that cause the problem. At first I was disappointed because i couldn't believe that all this time the answer lied there in front of me and like a fool couldn't see it. I immedietely replace keyboard /mouse and disconnect speakers and cam but yet it continued to restart.... please i am not a pc expert and I seek for a solution... give me your wisdom people!!

Bug Check Code 0x19: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff557389(v=VS.85).aspx You have to use Driver Verifier to determine the faulty driver. You can also proceed like that: Run msconfig and disable all startup items / services except Microsoft ones Uninstall unused programs Disable all security softwares that you have Update all possible drivers If this does not help, use Microsoft Skydrive to upload dump files (c:\windows\minidumps) to see I can extract more information. Once uploaded, post a link here. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.
