Hi...I am having a problem with shutting programs down,either by the red cross or by the taskbar at the bottom.I have run a scan by microsoft but that hasn't shown any problem.The only way I can close it is by logging off,but I can't use several sites at a time which is annoying.Any ideas?..Kate1 person needs an answerI do too
