how can i bypass program that is preventing my computer from shut down the program is WPFBchanger.fx

Hello trisha bless, The program "WPFBchanger.fx" you mentioned, doesn't give any results in search engines, so looking at the behaviour of the program I would say that it is a virus or it is custom made. If you have a virus scanner installed (I recommend installing Microsoft Security Essentials right now if you don't have one!), try right-clicking on "WPFBchanger.fx" and clicking scan. You could also manually shutdown your computer and remove the file by: pressing and holding the power-button for five seconds boot your computer again, and press and hold [F8] during the boot process this will give you a menu in which you have to select 'Safe mode' by using the arrow keys on y our keyboard and pressing [ENTER] log on to your computer (If you have a second administrator account on your computer log on with that account, you'll have more chance to delete the file!), navigate to the path where "WPFBchanger.fx" is located, click it and press [SHIFT] + [DELETE] (this will make it unrecoverable from the Recicle Bin).
