product key numbers
i am having a problem with my computer i changed the password on my computer and forgot it so i formated my computer now it's saying i have to get a product key number within 30 days i rang microsoft they told me to ring the place i brought the computer from and asked them the product key number they said it should been on the computer box or on the xp cd package there was a sticker on the computer box itself but it was taken off over a year ago so how do i go about getting a 25 product key number can some-one help me please1 person needs an answerI do too

In Windows XP, you should provide the 25 digit product code when you are installing the operating system on computer. In Windows vista and Windows 7 the product key should be provided within 30 days.
