problems remote desktop windows xp.
i am trying to to set up remote desktop on my desktop computer in windows xp, and i am following the instructions from Microsoft.com but,in the instructions it says: Select the "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer" tick that check box. and i cant because there is no check box for what that says. the only check box is: "Allow Remote Assistance Invitattions to be sent from this computer. i need help on how to show the: "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer" tick check box. do u need to download something, because it is not showing up on the dialog box. please help me.1 person needs an answerI do too

Are you using XP Home or XP Professional? i have windows home edition on my desktop pc, and i have vista home edition on my laptop, can you please help me with remote desktop what i said above? please, for business??

ijust rang up microsoft and they told me to ring hp, cos that my computers name, and i did, but for me to remote desktop i need to have the same OS on both computer and laptop, that sucks
