Hi Sean, I would like to verify what modern you use to create VPN. What kind of VPN connection is used? Is any VPN client installed? Regarding the issue, I suggest you refer to the following methods to check the result. 1. Refer to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc773153(WS.10).aspx#BKMK_797 2. Make sure you can connect Internet successfully. Then update the network adapter from manufacture's site 3. Update modern's firmware. 4. On VPN connection properties, general tab, verify Modern is available Best Regards, Niki Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question. I have tried what you have suggested. My internet is always connected and there is no problem. There is no VPN client installed.I only set it up myself or use the .pbk file provided by the vpn provider. However, when I use other VPN which requires installations,I have no problems..Hmmm

Hi, Since other VPN works, I suggest contacting problematic VPN's provider.
