Hello,
1. Upgrade the networking device driver to the latest version compatible with Windows 7.
2. Run Windows troubleshooter (Start-> Control Panel -> Troubleshooting) to diagnose Networking related issues.
If the problem persists, please write down the exact error message you've encountered and post it here for my further research.
