when ever i connect my laptop using netsh wlan set hostednetwork it gets connected to my android mobile but the connection disappears after few seconds...I had tried disabling the WiFi and enabling  it and again creating with new ssid but still happens the same,,,please help

It's not authentication issues? And is it a hidden network or does it appear in the list of available networks..

So your laptop doesnt get any IP at all from the phone?

It could be a matter of settings on the phone maybe. I dont know how many options you have, but sometimes it can help changing security settings, channel or mode (n,g).

If you have other wireless networks to connect to, you can also try that, just to see if it is the wireless NIC causing the issue.
