problem of windows xp professional edition 2006
hello there,i am having a problem with my windows xp.when i installed windows xp 2006 professional edition and reboot it i found out that there were two accounts one is "administrator" account and one is my named account.The problem is that whenever i logon it automatically logsinto administrator account and cant give me any privilage to install anything.what can i do now ?plz help meany help is appreciatedthnx

Your not getting any response because your in the wrong forum, this is the vista forum. But as far as the logon, if it wont even allow you to install anything right after a clean install from the administrators account( and thats what I got out of it anyway ) then the installation more than likely was done incorrectly. You may want to reinstall again following the methods herehttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/316941
