I just downloaded kali linux and after 3gb of downlaod it shows win32 loader.ini is not found.
It is right there below setup.exe file
please help me

If you were attempting to install Linux in a dual boot environment, it would appear that your Linux installation has corrupted the Windows boot loader. You may be able to resurrect your Windows environment if this is the case using BootRec /RebuildBCD. See the instructions here.
