printer supported for XP sp3 with 32 bit
Have a laptop with XP Pro SP3 32bit. In researching printers many users say they have had problems with all functions on HP, epson printers. Want to get an all in one printer wireless that faxes, prints, copies, and scans that is supported by XP pro that I have on laptop. Confused by comments by users and lack of info online. Are these comments overstated or is there a preferred printer in home/office landscape that will work for all features with out fear? 1 person needs an answerI do too

firstly, if your laptop has xp on it, then it is likely it cannot support wireless printing. instead the wireless connectivity you have is dedicated to internetting. but it doesn't mean you can't buy a wireless print server to use for a wireless printer. but my recommendation is to avoid this high tech stuff at this time because you will incur costs and headaches.instead you should be able to take advantage of usb hub technology. so instead of buying a wireless printer server, buy a usb hub. and instead of being fascinated with a wireless printer, go for the usb printer.in regards to which printers are compatiable for which operating system? usually all the boxes are clearly marked with the operating system the printer is compatiable with. however, because you are doing due deligence, copy down the model number of the printer(s) you are interested with and do one final check at their homesite. then look on the homesite at the "downloads" section to see if the model has drivers and updates for xp.also you can do an internet search to find prior discussions and or issues on the models and and you can even post a followup question on this forum to ascertain our recommendations.since you are interested in a home/office landscape bypass color printers and go directly to laser. in my personal experience, hp should be on the top of the list.laser printing is the business standard and the laser cartridges last a good long time when compared to cheesy and very expensive color cartridges. also, buy a seperate scanner and a seperate fax machine. these three components are much better than an all in one device.lastly, if you need color printing, then it is cheaper to get your color pictures printed via walmart online than using costly color cartridges and photo paper at home.db`...>-)))> `...>-)))> share the nirvana mann
