I forget which email program I used once, but I customized the viewing screen so that the font was white on a dark background. When I tried to print, the program printed using the same white font (which doesn't show up well on white paper) and thus ended up printing a blank page. I think I found an option to always print in black font that solved the problem. You don't elaborate much on what you mean by "will not print", but this might be something to consider.-- JW
