I assume that this is a TCP/IP printer that the printer has been configured at a fixed IP address... Generally, you configure it like this:Go to the Control Panel -> Printers and double-click on "Add Printer"Then when asked to choose "Local Printer" or "Network Printer", go against instinct and select "Local Printer". Remove check from the "Automatically Detect" box. Click "Next"Select "Create a Port" checkbox and in the box below, choose "Standard TCP/IP Port", then "Next".This will launch a Create-Port Wizard. Enter the IP address of the printer in the box when requestedThe rest of the Wizard is fairly straightforward. Keep in mind that there will be a pause as the Port Creation Wizard completes and the Add Printer Wizard resumes.HTH, JW
