Have you tried using a different browser? As much as I hate to admit, I have had plenty of issues with IE and printing from certain web sites; however, I have no issue when I use Chrome. Try to use an alternate browser if you are using IE. To clear the print cache, open the Services panel and locate Print Spooler. Stop the service, open the print queue, delete job(s), restart Print Spooler service.

Hi , Please follow the steps to reset the printer spooler: 1. Click Start, click Run, type "Services.msc" (without the quotation marks) in the open box and click OK. 2. Stop the Printer Spooler service. 3. Click Start, click Run, type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" in the open window, and delete all files in this folder. 4. Back at the Printer Spooler Properties dialog, click on Start. Hope it helps.Tracy Cai TechNet Community Support

I would check the status of the Print Spooler Service. Click on the Start button and select Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services. Locate Print Spooler in the list. Check that it has started and that the StartUp type is Automatic. I suspect that it has stopped and that just starting it will not solve the problem. You may need to show hidden files. Type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked. Now access Windows Explorer and select c:\windows\system32\spool\printers. Normally this folder should be empty but there is a problem when files with spl and shd extensions stick there. Delete the files and restart your computer. This may resolve your immediate problem. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprohardware/thread/2b618d54-854a-4cfd-84f5-f069aad75a9f Print problems Microsoft Fixit Tool http://support.microsoft.com/mats/printing_problems/en-us Hope this helps, Gerry
