ppped.exe on my desktop always occupies 50% of my computer CPU and it virtually slows down my internet brownsing / opening by a factor of 2to 4. My winsdows vista home lapto doesn't have it and the internet speed is OK. The question is do I really need ppped.exe for my windows xp desktop to function properly?
