powercfg /batteryreport reset
I have ran into an issue with a image that is used for our companies x1 carbons. The issue is when running a battery report it is saving part of the information from the laptop that it was built on. Is there a way to reset the battery report show it doesn't show the information from the original computer?

Hi,

It's unclear about your issue. Did you mean you want to change the output path of the battery report?

If yes, you just specify the path of your own as below:

powercfg /batteryreport /output <FILENAME> Specify the path and file name to store the report HTML or XML file.

For example, if you want to save to the current user profile's desktop, type this:

powercfg /batteryreport /output  "C:\Full Path\battery_report.html"
