populate 'my network places'
hello there!i have a network of 10 computers, all installed with XP Service Pack 3 (SP3)the problem is even though i have shares on all of them, and i have accessed them via all the other machines, none of my machines retain them on 'my network places' so it's not populatedi have 'file and print sharing' enabled, my firewall is okay, they are all on the same subnet (duh!), and i'm using static IP addressplease help me fix the problemRV1 person needs an answerI do too

@ JACK MVP hello,thanx a lot for responding soo quickly.i followed the link you gave me, and i checked, there was some stuff in the 'windows components' (simple tcp/ip services) that was off, but i fixed those, did the whole dll resgistration, but the rest was okaystill hasn't fixed my problem though. everything is been working okay, just apart from that population of 'my network places' after i access a share in my networked SP3 machinesi also have a SP2 machine, part of the network also, and that one is working just fine, 'my network places' is populated fully and it's great, but this for SP3 is stumping meneed more help stillRV
