after screen saver has run&I wake up computer-I get sometimes several popups that say-acer enet tray has stopped working-task scheduler engine has stopped working-pesistance module has stopped working-windows inernet explorer has stopped working(this one always follows up with"tab has been recovered")&others too but it doesnt seem to effect anything!it just pops up & when i hit the X in the top right corner it dissapears!the only thing i have changed recently is in Macafee,in order to getfirefox to work, i changed to "default" settings"-which worked by the way!!(windows vista home premium)this only ever happens after i leave it idle long enuff for the screensaver to run! sometimes i get 6 or so popups & sometimes only one! a couple of time i get no popups!

Hi, I understand what kind of issue you encounter, but there are a lot of different elements which can cause this, they are not related things. Can you find any error logs in Event Log when the situation occur? If so, please provide the detail of the logs. I suggest to disable the anti-virus software for the first test. Meantime, to use the Process Monitor can monitor the processes and know what kind of behaviors they do which can trouble-shooting the issue better.
