According to the crash dump, the faulting module should be %SystemRoot%\system32\DRIVERS\igdkmd32.sys. Try to update you video card drivers and software (after removing the installed one). Bye.Luigi Bruno - Microsoft Community Contributor 2011 Award

Hi, Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed. Since this is a Video related issue, I suggest that you may upgrade your graphic deriver then check the issue again. Also please provide more detail information about this issue. 1. When does this problem occurs. 2. Did you install any third party software, driver or hard device? In addition, please compress the dump files in the path of C:\Windows\Minidump\, upload the files via SkyDrive and post a link here. Since the dump file contains the detail information about BSOD, we should research these file in order to find the root cause of BSOD. http://explore.live.com/windows-live-skydrive?wa=wsignin1.0 Hope that helpsPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. For this kind of problem, it could be necessary to update the video card driver. Anyway, post the dump files on SkyDrive (follow the instructions at http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65) so we can try to perform a deeper analysis.
