Hi,

Here is a description about error code C0000005 in APP crash which you can take it as reference:

However, in my opinion, it's not helpful with your problem. To resolve your problem, can check if you have installed any plugin before this problem occurs and you can try to uninstall them for test.

On the other hand, since it's Photoshop problem, it would be better to contact Photoshop support for further assistance.
