Can you open the PDF files? If so, what application are you using to open? (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit??)

Some PDF files can be set by the creator such that printing is disabled. In that case, you will see the printer-icon-shortcut at top left is sort of greyed out or un-clickable. Take a closer look at that file within Adobe Reader to see if that is
