pls I can not acess my windows settings. so how do I do it?

all my application looks unseen on destop.

my destop is blank, non of my apps are showing.

please what do i do?

You can go to the advanced options to use system restore to go back to a previous time point.

You can  tap or click the power icon from the sign-in screen, hold Shift, and then tap or click Restart, then you should approach to startup setting screen.
