Is there anyway I can past a sticky not onto a specific file? Currently all my sticky notes are on my desktop. Can I save them in specific files? I'm working with Windows 7. Or maybe there is another program that I can use which will allow me to post myself messages on a specific file?

You could always save your data into WordPad, the free editor that's built into Windows. It won't show up as notes on your Desktop of course--but you could copy the text off the notes and paste it into WordPad. - H
