Hi,1. How many user accounts do you see on the login screen?2. Do all the user accounts have password protection? You may ask the user, from whom you have bought this computer, for password or you may have to reinstall windows XP. However, you may check if you are able to login to hidden administrator account in safe mode. Microsoft Support Engineers cannot help users to in any way circumvent passwords. This is for your security. Please have a look at the below thread for more information.http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7security/thread/39f56ef0-5d68-41ad-9daa-6e6019c25d37Thanks and Regards Umesh P - Microsoft Support.
