i turn my computer on use my password to log in but when i go to cnange my password its says my password is spelled incorrect does anyone know what i should do?

You mean to say you are able to login using your predefined password, but after sucessfully login when you try to change your password it says incorrect password. If thats the case either you are entering your current password wrong or you are not entering you password correct in the Confirm Password textbox. Also do check the CAPS lock and even the NUM lock if your new password contains Numbers and you are using number pad for entering the same. -Mukesh

You need type your old password first the type the new password twice. Can you log in with your account? If you can, you may create another administrator account, then log on with the new account and change the password of your original account.Arthur Xie - MSFT

are you sure you type the correct password? perhaps you forgot the password. here I'll give you a guide try to remove the password. hope it help: 1.Download Windows Password Recovery utility from Password Recovery Official site : http://www.recoverlostpassword.com/products/windowspasswordrecoery.html 2.Decompress the Windows Password Recovery utility and note that there is an .ISO image file. Burn the image file onto an blank CD with the burner freely supported by Windows Password Recovery utility 3.Insert the newly created CD into the locked computer and re-boot it from the CD drive. 4.After launched the CD, a window pop up with all your account names(if you have several accounts) select one of the accounts that you have forgotten its password to reset it. Just one press, you have removed the password.
