I can't access my msn email on my computer (number 1) - but i have checked the account settings, and they work and I can get my mail on a different computer (number 2) on the same networ(with the same settings). I had overloaded the #1 express program with too many messages but have since eliminated most of them - HOW do I recover computer #1 outlookl express?

Hi deanjacot,You may try to reset Outlook Express & check if the issue persists.a. Launch Outlook Express by clicking on Start > All Programs > Outlook Express.b. Click on Files > Identities > Manage Identities in the Outlook Express window.c. Create a new identity by clicking New, type a name and press Enter.d. Switch to the new identity by clicking Yes when prompted.e. Close the new account wizard by clicking Cancel and Yes.f. Click Files > Identities > Manage Identities in the Outlook Express window.g. Select the old identity by clicking on it. Click "Main Identity" by default.h. Delete the old identity by clicking "Remove" and "Delete" when prompted. The problem was the inbox.dbx file had become contaminated- so renamed it so express would create a new one when started up- this solved the problem.
