Your best bet at this point would be to go to File | Identities and setup a new Identity. That will give you a completely fresh uncorrupt message store. Once that is setup then use File | Import | Messages and import them from the older Identity. Its a good idea to backup also, as the message store appears to be somewhat corrupt.
