outlook express 6 and Comcast logon.
Outlook express will not logon to comcast. Comcast has checked my outlook express setting and they say they are right. I get a message authorizing followed by a logon box. I click ok and it comes right back. The details say comcast has rejected my username/ password. That same username/password works at Comcast smart zone mail site? I have done about all the tricks from the web that I have read, as well as going back to comcast settings which they say are right. I have even deleted the account and reinstalled, turned virus scan off and many other things. I have run out of ideas to try, anybody have something new to try? Thanks.1 person needs an answerI do too
