Im unable to recieve emails through outlook express 6, cant seem to find a troubleshooting programe. 2 people need an answerI do too

We need more to go on than that.What type account? POP3? Hotmail? IMAP? What happens if you send a message to yourself? Does the message appear in Sent Items? Who is your ISP/Mail Server? I have set up a new outlook email acct - the problem seams to be with my login and password, I enter my login and password but it doesn't recognize it , I have used a very simple password so it can't be that I'm entering it wrong, Plus I have it saved to remember the password too. Are you the OP or someone else?Is this the same user ID and password that you are using to get Webmail at Cox? It must be.You say you send a message to yourself but don't receive it.
