Dear users,

Some of my users are using Microsoft surface pro with window 8.1 pro and office 2007 sp3 installed.

Recently, we found the user can not attach file over 20M to outlook 2007.

The error message said the attachment size exceed the allowable limit.

They are able do the large file attached with their old laptop runnign with window 7 before.

No change at exchange server 2007 message limit setting.
