outlook (office 2003) receives mail but does not send, all messages stay in outbox. help?__
outlook is not sending mail

Try closing Outlook and restarting, and or do a 'Detect and Repair' from the Outlook 'help' drop down. You can do a similar Detect and Repair from the control panel 'Add/Remove process.
