There is a good 3rd party app called Treesize (from Jam software) that will tell you what is taking up the space.
Thanks ZigZag3143x
There is a file called hiberfil.sys which is taking up 25 GB. Should I delete it?
Socercer
If you are not using hibernation you can delete it but first you need to turn hibernation off by typing powercfg /HIBERNATE from an elevated command prompt. Then you should be able to delete it.
Hi socercer,
The Hiberfil.sys file is used to store a copy of the system memory on the hard disk when the hybrid sleep setting is turned on. If this file is not present, the computer cannot hibernate.
Here is a link for reference :
How to disable and re-enable hibernation on a computer that is running Windows (The windows 8.1 takes the same situation)

If we don`t want to use the hibernate feature ,I agree with ZigZag ,we can disable the feature.
Best regards
